Terms & Conditions

This page outlines our terms of service, payment policy, and privacy policy.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by 344 Audio Limited ("we," "our," or "us"). By enrolling in our courses, purchasing our products, or using our website (https://www.344audio.com), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

Eligibility

By enrolling in any of our courses, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian if you are under 18. You also agree that you meet the course-specific prerequisites outlined in the course descriptions.

Course Enrolment and Content

Course enrolment is subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule any course at our discretion. Course materials, including but not limited to documents, presentations, template files, and software licenses are the intellectual property of 344 Audio Limited and may not be distributed or reproduced without our express written permission.

Refunds and Cancellations

Once a course has been purchased, refunds are only available under the following conditions:

  • You cancel at least 30 days prior to the course start date.
  • In the event of cancellation by us, you will be entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule for a later course date.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the course start date unless exceptional circumstances apply, for which we may ask you for proof. Refunds for digital products, where applicable, will not be granted once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

Attendance and Certification

You are required to attend all scheduled classes and complete any assigned coursework to receive a certificate of completion. Failure to attend without proper notification or completion of assignments may result in the withholding of your certification. Certificates are not guaranteed by mere enrolment and must be earned through active participation and fulfilment of course requirements.

Code of Conduct

We expect all students to behave respectfully towards instructors and peers. Disruptive behaviour, harassment, or illegal activities during courses will result in immediate dismissal without refund, and legal action may be taken where applicable.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 344 Audio Limited is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to any loss of data, earnings, or business opportunities. We are not liable for damages resulting from your failure to comply with course prerequisites or your use of software or hardware that is not compatible with our systems.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

Payment Policy

Payment Terms

All course fees must be paid in full prior to the course start date. We accept payments via the website checkout page. Should you be unable to use this, you may contact us for an alternative payment method. Failure to submit payment on time may result in forfeiture of your spot on the course.

Late Payments

If payment is not received by the due date, 344 Audio Limited reserves the right to charge a late payment fee of 5% of the total course fee for each week that payment is overdue. Continued non-payment may result in legal action, and the student will be liable for any costs incurred in the recovery of the debt.

Payment Plans

Payment plans may be offered at the discretion of 344 Audio Limited and must be agreed upon in writing before enrolment. If a payment plan is breached, the full outstanding amount becomes immediately due, and the student’s access to course materials or services may be suspended.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed in accordance with our Terms of Service. No refunds will be issued for failure to complete a course due to non-payment or breach of these Terms. For digital products, refunds are not available once the product has been downloaded.
